I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and quiet, but the layout was a bit odd, making it challenging to move around. Although the lack of tea/coffee making facilities in the room was a downside, the bottle in the shower was a nice touch. Unfortunately, my room had no view. The staff at the horseshoe bar were professional, engaging, and extremely nice and helpful. The location couldn't have been more convenient, right in the heart of downtown with easy access to parks, shopping, and restaurants. However, it was disappointing that everything was charged for separately.
